Payment and Shipping
Online Payment
We use PayPal to process your credit card safely and securely. You do Not need to be a member of PayPal to purchase. You will be sent to the PayPal shopping cart and to continue shopping just click on the “Continue Shopping” link. This will redirect you back to Andrea’s Facials.
Shipping
We use United States Postal Service Flat Rate Mail. Shipping is a flat fee of $6.00 in the United States. At this time we do not ship outside of the United States through the internet. You may contact us by e-mail or phone if you live elsewhere.
Should you wish to make a purchase for international shipment, please contact us directly at info@andreasfacials.com and we will be happy to make arrangements for your order.

Keep accurate records of your shipment until you have received your credit or new merchandise. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned items. Upon receipt of your return, your refund will be processes within 2 weeks. If the original order was purchased via credit card, we will contact you (as we do not keep credit card information on file) so your refund can be credited to your original credit card account. We do not issue refunds or credits on opened or used merchandise.
Returns & Replacements
To make a return, please contact Andrea’s Facials at info@andreasfacials.com and ask for a return. Enclose a note with the original invoice and the reason for the return. Re-package the item(s) in the original carton.
